Custom Cake Cancellation Policy

From consultation to designing and buying special ingredients or those cute little toppers, the planning of your custom cake begins immediately, therefore full payment is required at the time of order. If you need to cancel, please notify Weesh 10 days or more prior to your event date for a 50% refund.

Wedding Cake Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations 30 days or more before the event: You are eligible for a 75% refund.
• Cancellations less than 30 days before the event: You will receive a 50% refund of the total order amount.

To cancel your order, please contact us via e-mail as soon as possible. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.
